Cancellation

Orders are packaged and dispatched on the same or subsequent day, so should you wish to cancel your order please inform us as soon as possible. You can do this by email: customerservice@houseofcards.co.uk by phoning us: 01525 382100

If your goods have already been dispatched, please return them to us in their original protective packaging as soon as possible. We will refund the cost of all items once we have received the goods.

Distance selling regulations state that if a customer cancels an order, the written notice (in our case an email or telephone call is sufficient) must be given to us by seven working days from the day after that on which the customer receives the goods. However, House of Cards kindly requests that you let us know of any cancellations as soon as possible.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods* you have received from House of Cards, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods should be returned to us within 28 days of dispatch in their original packaging.
  • The goods are not damaged and are in re-saleable condition.

*We regret that we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund for the following goods: Pierced earrings, toiletries and perishable items, unless they arrive damaged.

Should you be the recipient of our goods as a gift and wish to return them, we will be happy to offer you an online credit voucher equivalent to the product’s value.

To return an item, please send it to the following address quoting your name, address, phone number, email address, order reference number and the reason for returning the goods/claiming a refund/requesting an exchange.

On receipt of the goods we will contact you to let you know details of your refund/exchange.

With the exception of faulty items, we are not able to refund return postage costs. If you receive a product that you find to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours. Follow the usual process for returning goods, as stated above. We will issue you a full refund including the cost of return postage. Should we examine the product and find that it is not faulty, you will not be refunded the cost of return postage.
