Shipping policy

When?

We will process your order and post your goods as soon as we can. This will usually be the next working day, but if you get your order in before midday (14:00) on a working day (Monday to Friday) we will endeavour to send out your goods the same day.

Please note that any orders made on a Friday after 14:00 are likely to be sent on the next working day (Monday). We regret that we are unable to post goods on public holidays.

Where?

At the present time we can only ship goods to the UK.

Depending on your order, many of our products could arrive in a in a package that is too large to fit through your letterbox. If you are out when delivery is attempted, the Postman will take the items back to your local Delivery Office, and should leave a "Sorry you were out" card. Please telephone the number on the card and arrange redelivery at a time to suit.

How Much?

Orders over £14.99 are sent out to UK addresses free of charge!*

Orders under£14.99 will be charged £1.99 to UK addresses*

We will send goods via Royal Mail/Evri/Courier.

House of Cards offers an express delivery service (Monday to Friday), at a cost of £7.99. Please note that orders must be placed before 14:00 to ensure that we can organise pickup with our couriers.

This service is available to all mainland UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands and Nothern Ireland. For exempt postcodes see below. If you have ordered express delivery but live in these locations, we will dispatch via Royal Mail first class delivery.
