Meet Alfie, a patient of StreetVet.

StreetVet is a registered charity that offers free veterinary care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness in the UK and provides all sorts of care from major surgeries to lump inspections and vaccinations, to loving cuddles and warm coats. StreetVet continues to provide support for any registered clients for one year after they secure independent accommodation.

Not too long ago, Alfie visited the StreetVet team as he appeared to have some discomfort when eating. The Cornwall team gave him a full clinical exam and discovered that Alfie had significant dental disease. They booked Alfie into a local vet practice for a dental, where he had 2 teeth extracted, the rest were descaled and polished. Thanks to StreetVet, dogs like Alfie can access vital medical care.

Thanks to StreetVet pets like Alfie are able to access 24/7 medical care. 50% of the profit from every sale of a lil wabbit x StreetVet card goes to helping animals like Alfie all over the UK. All pets supported by StreetVet must satisfy strict eligibility criteria. At the time of commissioning this artwork the pet featured qualified for StreetVet support.
