Meet Daisy, a patient of StreetVet.

StreetVet is a registered charity that offers free veterinary care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness in the UK and provides all sorts of care from major surgeries to lump inspections and vaccinations, to loving cuddles and warm coats. StreetVet continues to provide support for any registered clients for one year after they secure independent accommodation.

It is not unusual for StreetVet patients to be seen by more than one location team, given the complex nature of homelessness. Daisy the English Bull Terrier and her owner have been welcomed and registered by StreeVet London, Bristol, Gloucester and Birmingham. Daisy has been supported with dental care, a lump removal and is on regular medication for osteoarthritis. Daisy is always happy when she comes to see StreetVet as she knows she will get a treat or two and is really friendly and playful girl.

Thanks to StreetVet pets like Daisy are able to access 24/7 medical care. 50% of the profit from every sale of a lil wabbit x StreetVet card goes to helping animals like Daisy all over the UK. All pets supported by StreetVet must satisfy strict eligibility criteria. At the time of commissioning this artwork the pet featured qualified for StreetVet support.
